Nope.. they have not sent any email and I believe it's not a common practise for them to send out email pertaining to any change in status. The only time they will try to contact you is through snail mail which is when admission is actually offered. Then again, I might be wrong on this... =)

I don't think so, all shortlisted applicants are now going through the Board of Graduation Studies for approval. Once they've gone through all of the applicants, they will do another status change on the application status web inquiry page which they say will be throughout May, so just gotta do another fun waiting game for now

I was not called for an interview or test. There were no interviews or tests held in my country. My application status is still under process. I emailed Wee Kim Wee and they said I have to wait till the end of May to know the results. What are my chances of getting in? I'm restless and don't know what to expect.
Should I still hope for admission? What do you guys think?

Nope, I just went through the online E-Mail test. In my case, a telephone interview wasn't required.

I had mailed the InfoSys admissions and they replied stating that my application has not been shortlisted and seeking understanding in that regards.. so means I'm not through the admissions for InfoSystems...
I don't know if it means the same for others...
Anyways either you may email them directly or wait for another few days before knowing the results...
However, I feel chances are quite slim if not shortlisted..

i don't think not being shortlisted means you don't stand a chance. i say wait for the result to be officially out and in the meantime, stay hopeful.

They did not mention anything about the results date.. just mentioned that the final results will be available around end May..
Will be really happy if I could make it.. trying to be hopeful too, yet want to be mentally prepared if otherwise ...

The reply I got from WKWSCI Admissions is still saying early May for the final results, so my best assumption/prediction for this is that everyone that received the "Shortlisted" status will get their final result by early May.

For those who gets approved by the Board of Graduate Studies will be sent an offer mail by post and those applicants will have to give a reply if they would like to accept or reject the offer by mid or late May and the applicants with the status "application under process" would get the "Reserved" status

The spaces for those that got shortlisted but doesn't get approved by the Board of Graduate Studies and those that rejected the offer or didn't reply to the offer letter will then be available for applicants that has the "Reserved" status by the end of May (which is why some people got "end of may results" from the WKWSCI Admissions reply email). The status will then change to "Shortlisted" for the top lucky reserved candidates and then the process cycles again with getting approval from the Board of Graduate Studies.

The above cycle will keep going until they fill all of the space and this is why they say "Offers may be made to reserved candidates at any time up to the end of the second week of the term".

So if you haven't got a clear status change to "Rejected", don't lose hope yet, there is still a chance!

She doesnt have GRE score pal.

She has good academic background with 80% in her UG (Computer science engineering) with 2 yrs of work experience in software field.
