If I am going to appeal for review of exams result, will my final result be the grade after reviewed or the better grade out of the 2? Btw, how is the rate for getting a better grade?

i also feel like appealing... but i heard that mostly chances of grades change is low unless you are very confident that you have done very well for it

What the different between NTU Information Engineering & Media and NTU Com science?

Why my friend can go direct second year in Information Engineering & Media, yet I have no direct second year in computer science?

Is Computer science a good choice, as compared to nformation Engineering & Media?

Please advise

there's no direct 2nd year for comp sci but for poly students u are usually exempted for 32 AUs, if u take IO u can graduate within 3 yrs without overloading.

Hi seniors! Would like to clear some doubts.

I will be enrolling into CSBZ(Computer Science with Business minor) and I do know that selected diplomas are allowed exemption from some modules.

Now sure how it is going to work out though. I would like to be exempted but not for my Unrestricted Elective(UE) as I wanna take up a minor. Is it possible?

Also for timetable wise, do NTU also adopt the bidding system similar to NUS or is it fixed by the school to us?

hi, i assume ur first question means although you are exempted, but you would like to take on? the best is to email your school's office, but if im not wrong, they will send you email to say if you want to be not exempted, can reply them or you can just add it during add/drop..

to ur 2nd question, NUS bidding system is by points while NTU wise, for tutorial groups for cores, is still based on first-come-first-served but for electives, it will be placed on waitlist, where seniors will get priority..
