1.5 months ago I was introduced to this NuSkin TR90 and I tried it out. The package is around $2000.

Till now not much effect on myself, unlike all the success stories which I was being shared with.

Now I worry on two areas:
1) Does this even work in the first place, and
2) Are those supplements safe for consumption?

I really feel like a fool now splashing so much money on something that is not even really proven that it is working.

Just want to know as I have scanned through the threads at HWZ forum:
https://www.google.com.sg/search?q=...XAhUiSY8KHd3hDEMQrQIIMSgEMAA&biw=1366&bih=656

But some say it works and some say forget about it as it is MLM and etc.

:(

The girl pretty or not ?

Which girl ? Is an 60+ year old auntie who approached me.

Really regret now, not sure if those supplements are safe or not. If not safe, then I shall dump them away since after 1.5 months but little results.

Because we do meetup periodically and I always say the effects vary individually since there is little change after I consume those supplements. Think I just continue to smoke and tahan for another 1.5 months and cut all contacts with those people.

Expensive lesson learned

I believe Nu Skin is an MLM company. That should tell you a lot.

My sister & dad have been through it. It worked for them. Sister lost about 5-7kg, likewise for dad. However, they've gained about half of it back over time. For me, i lost similar weight but via exercise & diet :)

I would say the reason it worked for them is because they subconsciously dieted during the process.. Like replacing dinner with the protein shake.

I see. Which means the supplements actually do not exactly work as what they claim to be. Other factors play a bigger role imo.

Btw care to share what kind of exercises you do? Thank you :)

Actually my sister swears by the cellulite cream thing lol. But its so expensive..

Well im a female.. I am actually a super sedentary and lazy person. This is a rough outline of my weight loss, all these happened within a year:
- 60kg --> 55kg initially due to gaming during school holidays (Sleeping at 7am and waking up at 6pm, hence only eating like 1.5 meals a day or so).
- 54kg-48kg by incorporating jogging with my dad for about 2-3 times a wk, ranging from 4km-8km slow runs and also included some 30-45mins fitness blender/ bikini body guide exercises (youtube) once or twice a week.

At this point of time i only did body weight exercises. My diet was quite bad and I ate like meagre amounts of rice, kimchi and chicken, drinking like 1L of water before meals to eat less. I presume I ate under 1000 calories a day (NOT HEALTHY OR SUSTAINABLE AT ALL)..

Fast forward 1 year+:
- 48kg > 52-53kg. I jog maybe once or twice in 2 weeks now, about 4-5km if I do. I do weightlifting at home about 3 times a week, usually 8-12 reps of 4-6 exercises per day. I got a set of barbells and dumbbells with a bench at home. I'm on a budget ya lol. Hence my training is fully based on free weights :). My waist measures the same size as when I was 48-49kg, I presume the weight is largely due to the increased muscle mass I've gained. Can definitely see ab lines, delts, triceps etc especially when I flex, compared to before. I'm sure I've gained inches on my glutes/thigh area though haha..

So don't worry about gaining weight :'). It's how you look not how you weigh! (Though I'm still struggling to accept this sometimes. I refuse to weigh myself because the scale will mess with my mind.) Good Luck!

From a colleague who bought the product and worked for him. Thinking back, now I know why he kept on going around and share with other colleagues about the product, because once you buy the product, you auto-join their distributor system and you can get commission.

Last heard, some colleagues bought but also didn't work for them.

just wondering, how do you know the distributor who sold it to you ?

TR90 worked extremely well for me. I lost 8.5kg of pure fats with hardly any exercise and I even had buffets and I love my durians. Moreover my consultant followed up with me during the 3 months of the programme and I even lost a few more kilos after the programme. I think those that don't see results do not have a consultant that keeps track of their progress and guides them.

Only things that really work in fatloss: working out & having a reduced carb & calorie diet. Burns the fat & maintains lean muscle mass.

I am surprised that many are still selling this product. I guess they are all attracted to the selling model and become 下线 for others
