I heard from my friends, these products best is buy online from people who are "desperately" selling them away as they bought the entire package for a few k's but results not showing for them and unable to get a refund.

Recently my friend also telling me to take this product. Honestly, I am not fat, what I want is detox program or weight management program.After she telling me the TR price, I was shocked !
Finally, I found my Detox product with reasonable price and my friend stop bugging me to buy TR90.
What can I say is every product has the effect but we have to control diet and do exercise regularly then can see the result.

From a colleague who bought the product and worked for him. Thinking back, now I know why he kept on going around and share with other colleagues about the product, because once you buy the product, you auto-join their distributor system and you can get commission.

The review would consist of taking your body measurements (weight, BMI, fat %, muscle %, etc using the Omron Karada Scan) and also arm, calf, thigh, waist, abdomen and hip measurement. Will also ask how is your mood, if you have any sudden cravings, etc generally your mental wellness. I've heard of the unsuccessful stories but those are often due to not sticking to meal plans or the consultant is just not that responsible and does not review/guide consistently.

Meal plans are what that causes you to lose some weight at the start.
The shakes replace your food intake. This less calorie input.

Best way to lose weight is still exercise for 30-45 mins per day. If cannot just a 15 mins brisk fast walk.

Tried it before. At the most, it's just some fanciful health product. Rubbish stuff at a Rubbish price. Worst is that you have your so-called consultant who's not trained in nutrition aspects telling you what to eat and what so.

It's all about a mindset change, healthy meals and exercise.
so many studies have shown that if one keeps to a sensible caloric deficit diet, weight loss will follow.

I diligently attend almost once a week session. Light exercise. A lot of support via WhatsApp n all. Eat properly, excerise my own. Two months already i lost 5Kg.. I maintained now these two weeks coz not doing much excerise n diet a bit koyak.
