Have been waiting for a budget RTX card since 2020. Currently running GTX 950.

Before commenters advise, yes I know 3050 shouldn’t expect any good performance for RTX. Most likely will leverage on DLSSS more.

No matter, retail price and an upgrade nevertheless. The long wait is finally gonna end

If Ryzen can monitor the price in Amazon SG for 5600g yesterday was S$296 which is similar price to i5-12400.

if you are setting up new system Intel is more powerful for single core especially playing at 1080p with GPU like 3050.

For me, I would pair it with an intel 12400F. For sure it will be able to leverage the GPU. If not probably 5600x if you already have AM4 mobo.

An i9/r9 cpu and pci express 4.0 is necessary to unleash it's full potential else not much of a performance upgrade.

PS. Since many has upgraded to RTX 3050, Any used Asus TUF GAMING or Gigabyte GTX1660 super/TI for saleat

Hi Guys,
I needed some advise.
mine is i7-11700k with Z590i setup.
not gaming, just using the PC for some excel work, viewing family photos and video taken from my iPhone and video from YouTube (4K if available and sometimes using dual monitor)

May I know is my intel 750 iGpu sufficient or needed a 3050 for better viewing experience?

(using the Asus phoenix 3050 @$399 price range as a reference, today still got 4 left before it got sold out around 5pm+)

Igpu is sufficient, but if u have Rtx 3050 can play many games in Low graphic setting.

Thanks. I think i3-12100F is better value than Ryzen 3300X and 3600. I might consider that as budget build.
