Change to a 360mm AIO. Best, 280mm AIO.

Change mobo to X870E.

9800x3d with Noctua D15
PBO CO-40 with OC +50mhz(5275Mhz) to prevent throttle in any situation.
Reluctant to go AIO due to corsair aio water leakage spoil my mobo before and i do have the d15 ady.

Most likely air cooling for your case is PBO CO-30.(5225Mhz)

If go 360aio(280AIO also can)
You can max out the oc with +200mhz(5425Mhz) without any thermal throttle.
Aio now average give 6 years warranty.
Maybe now aio quality is better.

X870E is two chip expansion.it give you more storage expansion and usb connection and full blood wifi 7 etc....

Since i only play game with 2 ssd install so i go with x870.

Nvidia truly shouldn't have released this gen of GPUs at all man. If they just continued 4000 series at the previous prices I think everyone here will be much much happier.

Yeah I scared water leak, another point of failure. Air cool at most fan spoil.

continue 4000 series but price will increase with tariffs excuses also. 4080s will become from 1k to 1.2k usd.

not sure about quality but feel the design quite lazy and generic with reference pcb design.
look like my GTX 500 or 700 series gpu..
