Either way you won't get local warranty.

We received quite a number of queries if I am operating the mentioned Facebook page. Yes, they are indeed right. If anyone has any clarification regarding the warranty, may direct the questions to me in PM or through Facebook.

This is my experience with the Nvidia Shield Tablet.

Bought end last year from Amazon as the price is attractive.

Update the firmware to Marshmallow within 1 months.

After a few weeks, wifi starts having problem with the 2.4Ghz cannot be connected and can only connect to 5Ghz.

After sometime, 5Ghz can be seen but cannot connect.

Restart and hard reset the tablet will cause the Wifi to appear for a while and then disappears again.

Learn from internet that need to shut down for a while before turning on again. I let it shut down for a week and turn on the tablet and the Wifi is available again.

Nvidia issue 2nd update for Marshmallow and I install it and hopping the problem will be gone forever.

But recently Wifi problem reappear and cannot connect again.

I shut it down for 2 days before turning on again. The 5Ghz is now available but 2.4GHhz still not available.

if there's one complain.. is the wifi is really spotty at times..

the recent update made it better.. but its not fantastic..

within a certain range its fine... but further out.. the wifi becomes abit erratic..
despite other devices working fine.
