Yup...better hold for now.

AFAIK, there's already known solutions for v3.1 kill switch posted in XDA forums. I am still waiting for confirmation whether has Nvidia has changed kill switch method before I update OTA.

My tablet should also be here today. Glad to know these are finally getting back to us. 7-8 weeks is a terribly long time to not use something you've already purchased.

That being said, I will likely be selling mine soon as I don't really find myself gaming.
