If you just looking to get local mediacorp channels any indoor antenna should be fine. I just use the NMS antenna that came with the NMS set top box.

i dun have the voucher. . but im terminating my starhub soon.

i saw antenna got active and passive. which one to get. so many types out there..so confusing.....

Again if you are looking to receive just local FTA channels and you plan to place your antenna near the window, a passive antenna should be enough. However, if you plan to place it behind your tv console etc, you might need an active antenna. Basically active antenna has power going into the antenna, you can buy a amplifier separately if you already have an antenna.

game stream allows u to stream the games u own on Steam on the shield.
and, the controller can be useful if u decide to put some old school emulator on the shield.

thats weird. when i click on a game in geforce now..it never loads.

when i do a network test in the settings, it always says test fail. am i missing something or need to do port forwarding ?

Just placed my order from Amazon today, It needs one to two month to arrive Singapore. How long usually it takes? Can't wait to use it!

You need to sign up for nvidia account

anway...jus sign up the geforce now beta access via nvidia site. maybe i didnt sign up, that y cannot access.

If you havent buy the set with a controller, get the ones with controller.
If you already bought the set without a controller, you can use a PS4 controller or any bluetooth controller.
Dont get me wrong, the nvidia controller is a good controller just that it is pricy to get on its own.

how do u ship to sg? need forwarder?

jus to share..managed to get the homerun and antenna.

tried 3 app
1. live channel ( using hdrun and aurora tv as source) - somehow subtitle dun work. no epg. if use aurora as source, for some reason, first load will not load channel. need to switch channel upon load and it will be ok.
2. hdrun app - same as above. no epg
3. aurora tv - got epg and subtitle. so far think this is the best option.
only thing is aurora tv is some what an subscription app.....so not sure how it works...so far haven seen any ad yet. maybe need to watch long duration den will have ad....cant confirm.yet so no time test.
