credit card very standard. 6 mths cpf contributions or 1 yr IRAS NOA.

if self employed, 2 yr IRAS NOA.

thx. cant find anything on OCBC website... but according to DBS website, it looks like we can submit latest computerized payslip too. wonder if it applies to OCBC as well.

Hi SCG8866T & wts2013, I don't get this, why do you want to do this?

It occurs to me to earn the 1% from the new topup, you both are deliberately maintaining the minimum account (i.e. 3K). Then you top up a big lump sum the next month to earn this 1%.

But you are losing out on the 1.2% (salary interest) that will be apply on the full lump sum. :s22:

This month is top up month for me. Will be increasing my funds in 360 from 3k(min) to 60k so as to get 2% for my 57k huat ah....

1% from new topup
0.5% from paying three $1 bills
0.5% from spending 500 lollar using frank

mine is 58.5k will earn 2%, next mth, 59.8k will earn 2%, hahaha

hahaha, u dun have to know or understand cos u are earning salary bonus. I can only earn 1.05%, so to maximise, I can earn 2.05% by keeping $10 in the account on alternate mths, playing with 2 accounts, hahaha, note accounts less than 12mths dun need to keep minimum of 3k, I dun mind paying $2 fall below fee, hahaha

if u put the money permanently is ocbc, you earn 2.2%

if you alternate between ocbc and uob, you will earn 3.2% and 2.4% on alternate months. Average is 2.8%

1. there is no min sum for 1st year. even if there is min sum, 3k out of 60k is relatively neglible.

2. if we assume that we alternate full sum, u miss out 1.2% in every alternate month (ie 0.6%/mth), but u gain 1% in each month which is higher.

jus wan to check if my understanding is correct...

if i have a ocbc 360 account and a ocbc365 card

if i were to charge my starhub and utilities bills to my credit card,
and then arrange giro/pay-any-cards payment as follow:
1. aviva insurance
2. m1 bills
3. payment to credit cards

assuming i charged $500 to my credit card for the month, will i qualify for the 0.5% payment bonus and 0.5% credit card spend bonus?

OCBC website said paying town council doesn't qualify for 0.5% rebates. Does it count towards $500 spending then?

can anyone advise?

i just opened 360 last month and my salary just came in yesterday and it came together with the "Save Bonus".

shouldn't i receive it only next month with the Salary/Giro/CC bonus? how come instantly i get the "Save Bonus". Also, this save bonus is monthly or u can only get it once a year? i read the website but still blur blur.

Bonus is in!

Lip liao! Salary, Payment, CC Spend and Save Bonuses

i just opened 360 last month and my salary just came in yesterday and it came together with the "Save Bonus".

The Bonus is 1% P.A., computed based increase of ADB over the previous month. Since you just opened in May, the Save Bonus is based on whatever you put in (up to a capped amount) since your ADB is $0 in Apr

Anyone successfully managed to waive off late fees or interest charges for OCBC 365 credit card?

I did not receive the statement for that month and called the hotline requesting for another copy of the statement to be sent over. However, the customer rep could not get my fees waived off.

This is my first late payment leh.

u talking about Frank cc? Pay with Frank gets u 0.5%, adds to $500 min spend, then u qualify for 0.5% bonus interest on 360, hahaha
