Yes, just transfer using FAST when you receive your account details. Don't need to go down to the bank...

Anybody knows if there is a way to change the primary mode of log-in to the IB Secure Device as opposed to SMS OTP? Don't like the fact that for OCBC Internet Banking it jumps straight to SMS OTP (unlike other banks where you are given an option right from the start)...

Qn on OCBC internet banking. In DBS iBanking, I can add GIRO arrangement (for certain billing organizations) as well as view/delete GIRO arrangements. Can the same be done in OCBC Internet Banking?

Or rather, what are the items/actions that can be viewed/done in OCBC Internet Banking regarding GIRO?

Aviva is not one of their billing organisation, hence no.

And Aviva bills cannot pay thru GIRO too, so Aviva is out of the picture here.

i pay aviva & prudential via giro in other bank, not sure ocbc can? accept as part of the 3 unique bills?

n for the salary credit part really need to show giro-sal? i think mine only shows giro?

OCBC is very "strict" (silly in my opinion) in following this rule- Citibank had allowed me to do this and claimed whatever rebate given.

just some update.. my colleague (uncle type) went to open 360 account.. he ask the staff and they say the pay 3 bill criteria if i pay to 3 credit cards (different cards but from same bank) is counted as only 1 billing organization, so counted only as one bill.. duno how true...

anyway mine all different bank so, safe..

Cannot apply in internet banking doesn't mean cannot apply through other means.

Surely you can do it the old-fashioned and time-tested way? Download the form from Aviva's website and mail it in?

Not sure now, last time you can always choose hardware, (software, which is no more option) and SMS token right? Now cannot switch?

Hi artician

The base interest will be credited at the end of the month as per normal.

The bonus interest will be credited by the 7th business day (excluding weekends, public holidays) of the following month.

if you pay for 3 individual credit cards (doesn't matter if its OCBC cards or non-OCBC cards) through our Pay Any Card service in Online Banking, this will fulfill the criteria for the 3 unique bill payments.

But let's say a bill for 1 single biller or card number is split into multiple payments, then this will still only count as 1 unique bill / card payment.

Hope this clarifies.
