I'm having problem with my ATU...suddenly stop working...Do I call OCBC or Flashpay? My last ATU was more than 1 week ago...just now when I tap, it should auto-topup, and I cannot exit the mrt station because of insufficient fund...

Hi there, can you PM us your contact number so we can investigate if there's any issue with your NETS FlashPay feature? Thanks!

Yesterday afternoon, I having problem at carpark exit at causeway point, ATU fail.....but at night when i check my Frank account, $50 was charged for ATU...going to ocbc branch to sort this out later.

Hi iMac, it could be because your last ATU was only done recently. A minimum of 3 calendar days is required before your next ATU can be carried out. Can you PM us your contact number so we can investigate if there's any issue with your NETS FlashPay feature? Thanks!

Yes, EZ-reload ATU counts for towards the $400 requirement for CC spend 1% bonus.

Yes, paying bills online at the various M1/ Singtel / Starhub / Vbox sites using OCBC credit card is also counted.

U mean those bill payments also counted as the $400 retail spending bonus? Or those bill payments counted as the 3 bill payments bonus?

Hi Yukita,

Any spending done by the supplementary holder, will go towards the main card holder's $400 spend.

You will need to apply for a main card of your own, in order to earn the credit card bonus interest.

And as long as the ATU or online spend is charged to your card, it will be considered. But again, if they are performed by the supplementary holder, it will go towards the main card holder's $400 spend.

Thanks for the reply.... To clarify... I'm the main card holder while my wife hold the supplementary card.
In that case no reason dont have the spending bonus cos total spending > $600++

It is $400 retail spending bonus for the credit cards. All is payment by using credit card. No money taken from OCBC 360 account.

Only when money taken out from OCBC 360 account to pay bills will count towards the 3 bill payment bonus.

Dear OCBC bank, just wanna check. I have 2 360 accts. one has my name under principal holder and another has me as secondary holder. My CC spending last mth exceeded 1k which would be enough to cover for both accts but I only received the bonus for the acct in which I am the principal. Is it that to receive the cc bonus, the $400 cc spend must be from a cc with the principal holders name?

Yes...

"If there are multiple joint account holders, only card spends by the Primary Account holder who is the principal cardmember will be considered in meeting the Credit Card Spend Bonus requirement."

However I suspect the problem is easily solved by getting a supp card from the primary account holder of the other account and splitting up your $1k spending between both cards.
