hi ocbc, how come sometimes when i send you guys internal email through the ibanking system, i get a message about invalid characters and the email cannot be sent. what are these invalid characters?

thereafter, there will be a blank page with one line: We are unable to complete your request. Service temporary unavailable. is the system down?

Hi OCBC,

You did not answer my question. What is the dates in the crdit card statement details? Is it Posting date or what? There supposed to be two dates for every purchase but OCBC statments only put one.

This is your trick to calculate the 400 sum? Would you agree?

It's not that hard to figure out that the date given on the statement is the transaction date.

There is no trick, just don't leave your spending to the last minute and expect the merchant to post it immediately.

Encountered this too.. Have sent in screenshots of the error.

Apparently these are the punctuations that you can't use.. once you use the system goes haywire after and you need to clear cache to get in again.

These punctuation marks are indicated in every new message form... (After hitting Compose -- link)

From what I see on my statement, it is the credit card transaction date. But it will take some time to be displayed.
Ie: I charged my credit card on paypal on 20 july, 21 july, it is not showing yet. Only on 24 july it is showing, but the date is 20 july.

LOL!! Then u better email them separately using your IB's message box......

For me sometimes I will use >...

or '

i used ( and ) and also $... it would be really hilarious if the last one was considered an invalid character :s13:

Don't remember there was an option for ATM card when I applied online...

If you don't have any relationship with OCBC before, they will probably send you ATM card. If like me, already have other cards (including credit cards), they won't send a new card. Any OCBC card (including credit cards) can be linked to your 360 account via ATM.

Hello Ocbc,

I've spoken to my HR dept, to change the code for salary crediting from GIRO-IBG to the required GIRO-SALARY but request got turned down. Since the salary is credited on the same date every month, with the crediting company clearly stated, does it means that Ocbc will still not acknowledge it as salary payment?

Just opened this account... Does it come by default with the Frank CC?

The CSO just helped me to apply for Frank in addition to the 365 which I specifically asked for...

360 can be joint account.

but for the bonus interest, salary crediting must be from primary holder.

Hello.

The credit card statements are showing your transaction date. Currently, we are not able to incorporate the date that the merchant posts your transactions, in the statements

If you'd like to find out the exact date that the store decides to post your transaction to your card account, please give us a call. Thank you
