if u hav read their faq, it states min of $2,000. N i reckoned this minimum sum is for one transaction itself.

The minimum salary to credit each month is S$2,000 to be eligible for the 1% interest.

hahaha, ocbc dun know or not interested to know u owe how much or when it is due, so long u pay 3 valid credit card accounts, any amount, u get the bonus interest lor!

Disappointed with the time taken to process the credit card application. Had called the hotline earlier to enquire the status and found out that the application was uploaded into their system 6 working days later from the day I made the application. Which this was a service lapse based from the officer on the line.

Till today, it has already been more than 2 weeks.

Appreciate if the bank can comment on this.

Hi kinnik,

For eligible bill payments, we just need to see that it's a GIRO arrangement or an online payment from your 360 account. You can perform the payment at any time, even before your credit card statement is due.

IPOs can be applied at any OCBC ATM or via internet banking. Your 360 may not be linked to your ATM card or internet banking yet. Which is why you may not be able to view the option.

To get your 360 account linked up, please log in to your internet banking service & send us a secured email.

I did a scheduled payment to Citibank Visa Card yesterday via online banking in the 360 account. Today the transaction posted to my credit card only as a $1.00 payment. *(I paid 2 separate cards, and only 1 card had the $1 payment, the other card nothing)

Called Citi, and they said that is the only payment that went through. The full amount had been deducted from my OCBC 360 account.

Was there any issue with payments yesterday? Should I wait longer for it to go through?

Same here. Disappointed with OCBC's response time - after applying for credit cards from so many different banks, this is the first time I was told that 2-3 weeks of processing time is required (and this is only the minimum). We are applying for a bread and butter card - not being invited to get an American Express Centurion Card.
