So if my card anniversary date is 15th December, and i have already maxed out my 120k points, i can start using my Titanium rewards card again on 1st December since the reset starts from the 1st day of the anniversary month ?

Someone from your call centre just called me and said the reset is only on the 1st day of the following calendar month and not the anniversary month. She said that since my card anniversary is December, then the reset is only on 1st January.

Can you please reconfirm this again ?

Typically, the month on your card's 'Valid From' and 'Valid Thru' is the anniversary month of your credit card.

But just to be sure, do call us at 1800 363 3333 for us to check for you.
