My latest credit card bill was due on 13 Dec. Payment was made via the UOB bill payment facility on the 12th (and it is reflected as such in my transaction history). Yet, I was slapped with a $100 late charge on 13 Dec, despite making full payment by said due date.

Shouldn’t the late charge, if any, be levied on the following day (14 Dec)? Or is the bank so eager to make money out of its customers?

1. Clothes, shoes and bags
2. Department stores
3. Children's & babies' wear
4. Electronics and gadgets

Purchase of cars do not fall under any one of those categories & will not earn 10x

Does buying a laptop at the Dell exclusive store at Plaza Singapura earn one 10x OCBC$?

How about buying products from the Apple retail shop and Apple website? Does that also earn 10x OCBC$?

Does the 15x OCBC$ earned under the ongoing Mileslife campaign eat into the annual 120k OCBC$ cap? I just called the OCBC hotline, and the customer service officer said it is included under the 120k annual cap. But info from this forum suggests otherwise. Please clarify.

2. The ABT rides have to be posted by 19 Dec, for the transaction to earn OCBC$

Happy to help clarify, alanthia =)

OCBC$ are accumulated & pooled under the principal card holder's name. So yes, when you redeem points, you are redeeming from a pooled OCBC$.

However, do note that rewards will be capped at 120,000 OCBC$ per card anniversary year. So if you have both the Titanium Rewards Blue and Titanium Rewards Pink, the cap is at each card level. You can have 120k OCBC$ for the Titanium Rewards Blue and another 120k OCBC$ for the Titanium Rewards Pink.
