May I confirm that my purchase of TVs, washer/dryer and fridge from Harvey Norman will all be eligible for 10X rewards? Also, there is no monthly cap on reward points, only the annual cap of 120000 points right?

Moreover, can you advise what is the lead time between application of card and approval/ receipt of card typically? I already have a OCBC 365 card currently.

Transactions made at Harvey Norman will be eligible for 10X OCBC$.

There is no monthly cap on the OCBC$ you will be able to earn. When you have reached the annual (starting from the month in which your card was issued) cap of 120,000 OCBC$, you will continue to earn 1 OCBC$ for transactions that are eligible for 10X OCBC$.

Credit card applications may take up to 2 weeks to process. If you would like to check on the status of your application, do call our hotline at 1800 363 3333.

It will depend on the merchant's MCC within the fair. We apologise but we will not be able to advise upfront if all transactions made at electronic fairs will be eligible for 10X OCBC$.

If you have a purchase in one of the eligible categories at the fair, drop us a private message, and we will be glad to help you sort it out. Please keep a copy of your receipt as well.

If I knew its not giving the 10x rewards point I would have go with other cards. Kindly let me know how can you help me and how can I appeal for this. Its really unfair and misleading for me as double check with the staff and they told me that this is under Robinson.
