Hi there

OCBC$ is accumulated under the main cardholder's name, not per card basis. You can hold other OCBC cards that earns OCBC$, and all OCBC$ will combine under the main card holder's name/ account.

So yes, even if you terminate the Blue card, the OCBC$ will not be lost

If I am holding both the pink and blue Titanium cards, and I terminate both of them, will I lose my OCBC$? Or will it still remain in my OCBC account?

Hi there,

If you do not have any other credit cards that earns you OCBC$, the OCBC$ will be forfeited if you terminate both your Pink and Blue Titanium Rewards card.

Before termination, you may wish to first redeem your OCBC$.

After cancelling the card, i just ignore the annual fee charge for this blue card, right ?

yes already speak and receive SMS that you didnt meet spend criteria. It seems OCBC the only bank that prefer to lost customer

We apologise for not being able to accede to your waiver request. Annual service fee is automatically waived when cardholders meets the minimum spend of $10,000 within the card's anniversary year.

If you would like to speak with our service executive to put up an appeal (subject to review and approval), or to put in a request for card termination, do give our hotline a call again, or drop us a private message with your contact number.

Hi KSeet,

Titanium cardmembers that have registered their cards for ABT via https://abt.transitlink.com.sg/Account/Registration, and have received the confirmation letter from LTA should be able to use the card for MRT and bus rides.

Do give us a call at 1800 363 3333. Our service executive could check your card to see if it's in good order.

The card doesn't respond anymore to the buses machine. Thanks for the info.
