Just applied the OCBC Titanium Rewards card online and earlier received a phone call from OCBC 65867400?

1) Is this number legit?
2) Claimed that OCBC will be sending courier to my home for me to sign a Duly Signed Form? Like Huh? What is that? Never encounter this from another bank.
3) External vendor courier? Safe in handling this?

Please help to clarify.
