Hi

I was unable to add my titanium rewards mastercard in lazada. Checked with the bank CSO and nothing wrong with my card. Any remedies ?

Hi lurker88,

If our service executive have checked that there are no issues with your card, you may wish to check with Lazada directly if they are currently facing any problems with their platforms.

Were there any error messages shown when you tried adding your card?

Hi AMD_FREAK,

Purchases from Nike, Adidas, North Face, Under Armour will be eligible for 10x OCBC$. Please let us know which other merchants you intend on purchasing from & we will check further with the relevant department.

^CC

Nike, Adidas are under the MCC code 5655 which is not listed in the terms and conditions for https://www.ocbc.com/assets/pdf/cards/titanium_rewards_credit_card-terms-conditions.pdf?rand=1. Can you confirm this again please? Thank you!

Hi there,

Nike and Adidas will be eligible for 10X OCBC$. If you do not receive the additional OCBC$ automatically by the end of the following month (based on transaction posted date), just drop us a private message here, and we will help you sort it out.

OCBC, How about World of Sports and Royal Sporting House ?

Checked out Royal Sporting House/World of Sports at www.whatcard.sg, seems like no because MCC5655 for sporting goods is not covered. But maybe there is a special inclusion like for Nike/Adidas?

Hi all,

World of Sports, and Royal Sporting House are not eligible for 10X OCBC$.

We apologise for the misinformation provided in our previous reply on 14 June 2019.

Hi all,

The relevant department have conducted a thorough check on Royal Sporting House, and note that the transactions are coming in under MCC 5699 - APPAREL AND ACCESSORY SHOPS, which is eligible for 10X OCBC$.

If you happen to make a transaction at Royal Sporting House, and was not awarded 10X OCBC$, please drop us a private message, and we will help you sort it out.

Hi Fujima,

We are not able to ascertain at the moment if transactions made at Royal Sporting House & World of Sports will be eligible for 10X OCBC$, but we will be granting you the 10X OCBC$ if it's not given automatically.

Please keep a copy of the invoice. If it so happens that you were not granted the additional OCBC$, just drop us a private message, and we will help you sort it out.

As I have made a purchase based on the earlier representation, could OCBC clarify how this is to be resolved..

Hi there,

Chanel transactions are eligible for 10X OCBC$. However, for a purchase that is made overseas, we are not sure how the transaction will come in as. Do keep a copy of the invoice, and if it so happens that you did not receive the additional 9X OCBC$, just drop us a private message here, and we will help you sort it out.

All Foreign currency transactions made in US dollars will be converted into Singapore dollars at the rate determined by the respective card associations (VISA and MasterCard). Transactions made in foreign currency other than US dollars will first be converted to US dollars before they are converted into Singapore dollars at the rate determined by the respective card associations.

The conversion rate is applied on the date of posting to the Card Account and may be different from the rate in effect on the date of transaction.

All foreign currency transactions mentioned above (including reversals and refunds) will be subject to:

(i) Conversion costs incurred by the respective card associations at 1% ; and/or

(ii) Bank Administrative Fee of 2%

You may refer to https://www.ocbc.com/personal-banking/campaign/instantcredit/index.html for the current promotion. Applicable only to new OCBC credit card applicants.
