OCBC - PM you regarding the check on which titanium card that the sms offer relates to. Going forward, possible to recommend the marketing team to either identify the card upfront or just make available to both cards?

Hi zumaba,

Rewards will be capped at 120,000 OCBC$ per card anniversary year. When the cap is met, all transactions will be rewarded 1 OCBC$ instead of 10 OCBC$.

Could I confirm if purchases of Apple products from Best denki, whether online or offline, qualifies for the 2% rebate? Thank you.

Dear OCBC HWZ Team,

any idea how long does it take for OCBC to answer inquiries sent via secured mailbox? I sent them on 15 August, and still no reply as of today (19 Aug), apart from the usual automated message that they'll look into my inquiry.

I'm quite sure my inquiry is simple: which of my credit cards is eligible for the promo that OCBC offered via SMS, and how much of the 120k OCBC$ have i hit for the current anniversary year.

Or are these 2 questions considered complex?

I would love to be enlightened with regards to the 'processing time' so that i can manage my expectations.

Hi lowveld,

Purchases of Apple products will be eligible for 2% cash rebate.

Eligible Cardmembers will earn 2% Cash Rebate for every dollar spent at BEST Denki (i.e. retail outlets and online), excluding delivery cost, voucher purchases or services on your OCBC Titanium Rewards Card during the promotion period.

Agree with the above..

I just got off the line with customer service officer after holding for 10+ mins, and ended up with wrong information that either card is ok for the 20X OCBC$ promotion.
When I told her it should be only available on one of the card, then she say will check again and call me back tomorrow. If we were told the exact card that is targeted for the promotion, we would not have to call the hotline and can save both party's time.

As mentioned before, we don't check the mcc for this promotion. As long as we can detect that you made the purchase online, 20X will be awarded
