Got my Find 7 yesterday. Big thanks to Adix82 for the great service. :)

Loving every minute of it now.

Have also compared with the LG G3.
Oppo Find 7 has the better display. Weight and built feels more solid.
LG G3 has a more mature interface and UI. Lighter and slightly better grip.
As an average user, the Android KitKat and JellyBean difference is no dealbreaker.
Find 7 ColorOS is refreshing and a different way to navigate the phone.
Both are great phones and really depends on what you need or prefer.

Bro Kyleong is the best person to answer all comparisons.....coz he own all three gadgets...from 7a to 7 and to g3...:)

True true. Just met him at mac yesterday. On the table got his Note 3, Find 7, Find 7A, LG G3 and Xiaomi Mi3.

Those people that saw us, probably thinking he opening mobile shop and selling handphones :s13:

u think oppo's quality is better? i think opposite of you, having used both phones I think G3's photo quality is better if u compare like to like. But Oppo's cam does have more bells and whistles like u mentioned...

I would say the G3 photos are more natural and warm, but i like oppo oversatured vivid colors, it makes the photos much more lively.

Any video app to recommend for the Find 7?

Noticed the native video app can only play selected formats.
MKV files play with subtitles but audio missing.
AVI files play with bit rates below 1k.
Ok for h.263/4 files.

Above issues overcome by installing MX player though.

That's it. Im sold!! :s13::s13:

cool, but when will the CM11S be released for the Oppo7?

The only thing keeping me from selling my OPO 64Gb is the CM.
It is so smooth and battery life is much longer on it due to optimisations.

Can the Oppo7 run CM11S today?

If so, download links?

https://download.cyanogenmod.org/?device=find7

These versions are not the 11S like the OPO right?

duno about the 7 but the 7a has at least 4 custom roms and CM is probably the most basic of them all.. meaning that the other derivatives like Gummy, Nameless and Omni are better than CM alone. so it's ok if the 7 doesn't have CM, it might have the other derivatives (which are better anyway) earlier.
