True true. Just met him at mac yesterday. On the table got his Note 3, Find 7, Find 7A, LG G3 and Xiaomi Mi3.

Those people that saw us, probably thinking he opening mobile shop and selling handphones

Handling (size n weight)
F7 is a 5.5" at 170g.
It adopts the slim long design, simliar to htc but not the extreme curve bqck.
LG G3 uses a more kimchi style. It had a board width.however using its thin bezel,
As a 5.5, is looks smaller than my note 2/3 ...somewhat of s5.

UI color
the standard theme of color os looks washout....similar to Lg G3.
once a JB theme applies which is a std black theme, F7 wins.
the color looks great and the icon looks more common
LG G3 able to fimd a black theme
Despite my obession of phone, (different flagship), the icons needs to be similar to stock android

Viewing
some of the bro knew that i like to uses some HD pic..(with black background and multi color drawingsof 2460*1440)

here is something F7 looks great. All color looks vibrant n brighter.
on LG it looks paler
(No power saving mode n full brightness)

So far its obvious i had a thing for my F7.
however, the impt camera i had not compare...(which i think G3 will wins)
Both both had apps compatiable issue. (Som3 games are not able to install)

The price of both phone F7 @ 719 vs G3 @ 770-800 (not following the price),
with the accessories available, trade in value n branding, G3 sound beter.
i do see peopl3 at telco asking for F7 with contarct...(with all the ad ...Oppo is picming up)

Still waiting to see when Oppo push out their first update to 4.4 before I consider this Find 7 phone. Abandonment rate is quite high when it comes to Android phone, so not really looking to make a leap yet. 4.3 is nice but 4.4 has more nice changes.

Apps Compitiblity is a must for me. I will purchase once they solve with the gameloft games issues. Maybe an update to kit kat

cool, but when will the CM11S be released for the Oppo7?

The only thing keeping me from selling my OPO 64Gb is the CM.
It is so smooth and battery life is much longer on it due to optimisations.

Can the Oppo7 run CM11S today?

I think when im getting the find 7 ,i'm gonna flash it to CWM nightly or any other roms first. Heard ColorOS got lots of problems. I think the only difference CM11s has is the better camera app and the theme store. The camera app you can just download the apk.

@@! The colorOS is a unique system that whether it's 4.2, 4.3, 4.4.. Most of the patent feature will be the same.. kitkat or not doesn't really matter to the chinese. Maybe u can really consider hoot one to enjoy it first.

For u I reckon u will also just put custom rom.. waiting for oppo to announce 4.4 is like a never ending waiting game.

I doubt they will announce leh. If you really want 4.4, just flash to custom rom lor, but you will be missing all the features ColorOS rom.

Flashing a ROM isn't just some magical sure-work process. I want to see how far Oppo willing to support in terms of ROM updates. If Oppo can't even be arsed to update to 4.4, then no point for me to spend my money in their current or future phone.

What kind of problems u have on Color OS? If u talk about bugs, AOSP roms has more bugs than ColorOS, just that whether you'll encounter them based on your daily usage or not.

Precisely. Certain parts of a ROM will still need updates from the manufacturer if you want things to work flawlessly.

From what i see, the battery life drain alot and also some problems with installing some apps...i see how lor, if no problem for me then i just stay with it. For now, still deciding if i should sell my G3..
