Confirmed the newer stock is free from yellow tint issue.Just have my old set being exchanged.Staffs at counter are very friendly and nice,whole process took less than 20mins!Best of all,the warranty also renew,started from today.Very impressive with local Oppo service centre!Thumbs ups for them!

I think its due to no buyers for used china phones in our neighbouring countries that's why. I am very curious if u walk in to any phone shops to trade in what price will they offer.

Adix already said to go only to those dealers that sell Oppo phones too..maybe got some trade in program or something..
Do raise the value, we need consumer to start buying...Perhap if someone is free they can go and try then update us. But without a buyer for their phone from other countries I think hard to get good price too. Afew ppl including me ask Adix but he cant give us direct price too. Hopefully china phones will be more recognise and in demand soon.

Bro who have exchanged the set, how do we go on about doing it? My set is tinted yellow at the bottom.
I started of by writing an email to customer service,attached a screen shot of my yellow tint screen together.
Next they asked me to bring in the whole set(including the brown box,accs and warranty)to service centre for an exchange with a "complete"brand new set.
Light brightness should be able to be tune via firmware.
