Both are 3.2Ghz...but CPU score are 100 apart!!!

Hmm... how come mine lower??? Is it because of my rams??? OC to 800Mhz CL4, but now like unstable, cannot boot up fresh boot, must reset CMOS... Is it because of the rams cannot cope with the OC?
