Man I ordered some stuff off amazon US, took them more than 7 days to ship the item out and once it arrived to SG, shipping got handed over to ninja van then item disappeared? now the tracking page says delivery June 12.
Talk to some customer rep after going through circles with the AI chatbot, the guy said will refund me the shipping fee but then they no longer send out chat transcripts.
All this effort, should've just ordered from taobao/aliexpress.
Oh how about for Asus laptops... if let's say we get them from Amazon US, will the international warranty cover sg?Asus and Samsung are like this. But AMD is diff.
Yes for amd just submit rma on their global website, once approve, they will ask you send to their 51, Ubi, Avenue 3 office![]()
What about graphics cards? If buy from TB, Amazon, NewEgg, does warranty still apply in SG?Asus and Samsung are like this. But AMD is diff.

do confirm with ASUS but this should be correctIc but if the particular Asus laptop model carries international warranty... would it cover sg as well?
"ASUS International Warranty offers service and support when the product is purchased within and requested for service and support within the coverage countries/regions of ASUS International Warranty"do confirm with ASUS but this should be correct
https://www.asus.com/bt/event/international-warranty/

means: If you buy from one of the countries on the list AND request for repair within one of the countries on the list, then the warranty is valid."ASUS International Warranty offers service and support when the product is purchased within and requested for service and support within the coverage countries/regions of ASUS International Warranty"
In the above quote taken from the linked website... I'm a little confused about what it says... does it say that the international warranty is only valid in the country that the laptop is purchased from (which the country has to be one of those that's in the list that is covered by their int'l warranty)? Sorry if I sound too bothersome...![]()
