I thought register of interest have already started for some telcos like M1....it's just register of interest and not for preorder. Preorder I heard they will let those registered know once they have the details. No?

When China and Hong Kong are being the first wave countries, which countries can we potentially flip to?

Already registered. M1 supposed to send another email with some code then we log in with m1 id. I guess its to pay for the set. I dont mind pay upfront as long as can choose day, time & outlet & can stroll in to collect. If not its pointless if pay upfront then still have to queue over night.

lets say i selected my collection location and the day of launch is at 25 september which is on the friday and i can only collect after i end work, will they reserve my iphone for me since i personally preordered at that location?

For Singtel, u will collect at launch event which held at MBS. (3 days event n collection start 8am until 10pm, u need to choose slot during pre order)
For Startub, u will select the outlet u with to collect n timing.

I just clarify there is a limit always and not NO LIMIT on debit card

Of course there is a limit for all debit cards, but you can just call your respective bank to increase the limit temporary
