For those 180ms ping HK server. Those servers are in Australia. I used wireshark to trace the server IP. I turned on VPN to Hong Kong and got this tracert results.

How did you escalate the issue?

Using 300mbps singtel fiber. Direct cable connection.

Glitches like what? I still encounter some players who can 1 shot 1 kill but lesser now lah. Coz I also been playing less often
