Wow, my singtel seeing all RED

Am considering changing ISP already.

How did you escalate the issue?

Using 300mbps singtel fiber. Direct cable connection.

Perform a ping and tracert to 43.239.136.219

Then go to Singtel webpage, Contact Us and submit a Complaint on technical issue. They will then send you a an email some time later, provide the details and the tracert.

I suspect it's the local exchange in your area going thru a bad router. I'm in Marine Parade btw.

I think M1 routing can be improved too as a direct VPN to HK is only 40 ping.

there is 1 which says do a netstat -an when the game application is open and when user encounter lagging.

haha. all those tests are a formality actually. Not really applicable, I just humored them lah and give them the netstat.

You can reply with your ping and tracert, saying that you are in Hougang. And your friend in Marine Parade has a lower ping and then you provide them with my ping and tracert.

Bro, i'm also a Singtel user like you with a **** ping (170 - 190) even on HK servers. I live near Buangkok MRT area so I hope they solve my problem when they solve yours. I am on Singtel Unlimited Plan by the way.
