The motion blur at 0% will help. I can relate to that dizziness for BF3/4 and after adjusting motion blur it felt better for me.

BTW how bad is the gameplay on foreign servers? I was OK with the ping on JP and CHN servers for BF3/4 but the way ppl are complaining here, I dunno if I should wait or not

Do you have motion sickness? Do you feel giddy/nausea when you are on a cruise or fast-craft?

If so, I think you're not suitable to play FPS games.
