Hi all, I want to port out of Changi. The new telco asked if my current one is Prepaid or Postpaid. Do I put as prepaid or Postpaid? Mine current plan is Flexi Freedom. Tried checking their FAQ but all 403 Forbidden. Thanks.
Changi Mobile only have postpaid plans (not counting Prepaid Tourist SIM), so select postpaid.

Hi everyone.

initiated a port over from Singtel prepaid to Changi mobile and CM has finally smsed to inform that that porting will be done today from 11pm.
Question - can I port over to another telco as soon as tmrw morning, assuming CM informs that the porting was successful?
Thanks

their website, sign up plans error. Pop up message says nothing found.
OCworkbench writer saw a popup on website says cease service, but i don't see the pop up
Like identical timeline as Geenet, is M1 culling their MVNO businesses in preparation for SIMBA's takeover?

You are right. None of their plans sign up works.

All have this message.
The package does not exist or has been discontinued for sale

AI Overview

Changi Mobile has announced it will be ceasing its operations on
December 31, 2025. The company is currently in the process of transitioning its customers and plans to provide full details via email.

This closure comes after the nationwide 3G network shutdown, which took effect in Singapore on July 31, 2024, requiring all mobile operators, including Changi Mobile, to transition to 4G/5G networks.

safe or not, it's safe. Even for Geenet, customers are notified, they have till 31 Dec 2025 to make a decision whether to "port to Maxx".

MVNO's will not suka terminate and close shop.
IMDA impose a 3 month notice period iirc

Last time Zero Mobile saga seems to be an exception.

References.
1) Halting the service but not seem to give enough time to port out

2) License suspended

3) They never come back in the end even though the following report says the licence got reinstated.

Mvnos likes numbers so much.

Zero
Zero1

Maybe we should join forces and open 555 MVNO.
