Yes there double charges on cc but reflected as 1 on changimobile apps
Communicate with them and they aware there issue, and their billing team try to fix it

On credit card statement , there 2 billing on same date, but I check on changimobile billing ,there only 1 billing
So now dispute with who?

Yeah, suggest to write in so that's proof that there's double charges instead of calling for you to track and escalate if necessary.

Leaving it here for those that are looking to convert prepaid to postpaid as 3G shutting down after July.

SINGTEL SIM ONLY STARTER is strictly for prepaid to postpaid ST conversion/GOMO.
Resolved after visiting SIngtel shop and requested for the conversion.
No fees paid as of posting (08th April), and this is the only plan without contract as all other ST SIM ONLY plans have 12 month term.

Also, prepaid to postpaid can be done by Changi Mobile, SIMBA & Circles.Life as far as I have found out, for those looking for other options.

- Each registered Customer can sign up to maximum 6 Postpaid mobile lines with Changi Mobile (maximum 3 Flexi Best+ or Flexi One CIS mobile plan). However, for customer registered using passport, the customer are limited to a maximum of 2 mobile lines.

- Customer cannot purchase Plan Rollover Add-on on the last day of his bill cycle.
- To use Data Roaming, Customer with a monthly subscription plan can purchase a Roaming Add-on Bundle, via the Changi Go mobile app. Payment for the Roaming Add-on Bundle is upfront. Alternatively, Customer can purchase our Flexi Travel SIM Plans.
- Customer will also have to enable ‘Roaming Service’ via the Changi Go mobile app. For Flexi Travel SIM Plans, roaming is activated once Customer clicks ‘I have received my Changi Mobile SIM’ in the Changi Go mobile app.
- Changi Mobile currently supports Data Roaming and incoming SMS Roaming services. Incoming SMS received is not chargeable. Voice Roaming and outgoing SMS Roaming services are not supported.

I just ported over to Changi Mobile and received a message that it was successful. Outgoing calls are shown as my Singtel's number but the Singtel sim is still active and can still be used. Anyone knows if this is common? I went to google and it seems like the old card should be deactivated once the port over is successful.

I port over for one month before porting out to Singtel network telcos. They have a clause that I cannot port over from Singtel.

Yes, so need to port to Changi which is using M1 then port back to the singtel network telco.

Btw, the singtel sim has been deactivated. Maybe they wanted to earn one more day so they took longer to deactivate.
