So you do dogecoin --> litecoin --> bitcoin depending on rates?

I don't ever bother mining litecoin and let alone bitcoin.Miserable gains per day. What i do sometimes is use multipool.us

Its a site that mines whatever is most profitable at the moment so for example if earthcoin is profitable,it'll mine as much as it can until the next profitable coin comes up.Then i just sell the earthcoin for litecoins or bitcoins.

But i keep litecoins, bitcoins and dogecoins.

Hmm. new to mining and dont know which one is the best. followed a how to mine guide on ocn.net on mining and they said to go pts then exchange for btc.

So far i have about 0.13 unconfirmed pts and 0.02 in balance from about 1 day mining.

i see.For your case, just use multipool.us since you have low hash rate so you need the most profitable coins.Sign up and create a worker there and let it do the rest.It will mine the most profitable coins for you.

And create an account at crypsy.com and sell daily or after every month.Up to you.

refer to coinwarz.com to see which is most profitable but let multipool.us do all the heavy lifting for you

I meant mine dogecoins then convert to litecoin and bitcoins. What's this multipool about. Then must get multicurrency wallets. sounds interesting.

oh yup yup.

This multipool simply means the pool will mine whatever coin that is most profitable at the moment automatically for you so you'll have a diverse range of coins to sell for either ltc or btc instead of hammering away at dogecoin when the difficulty is high ( which it isnt at i type this )

I find it kinda tiresome to keep too many different wallets so i just keep them on the pool itself and when its sufficient,i trade them at the exchanges.I only keep doge, ltc and btc wallets

Since this is a cryptocurrencies mining thread and dogecoin is the current hot coin. Why not we share how we share how we first started mining?

I first started with my laptop mining at an impressive 17khs!! Haha and temps went up to 95+ degrees!

Much stories! Such amazement! Wow!

i first started mining bitcoin in 2011 with my 5870 as it was cool to have some internet money as chump change. Too bad my memory is too good, i remembered i had some bitcoin and cashed out in 2012 when it hit $15

First heard about Bitcoin in April 2013. Bought my first one in August, then went all in by November. ;)

Bought a 2nd hand rig off my friend, and now bought parts to build my 2nd rig here (currently studying in Rotterdam). Such excite. Very build.

weather very cold there? so very suitable for mining? free heater :D

I first heard about bitcoin last year feb from a friend when the prices hit US$50-60 or even higher ... didn't wanted to go into mining, too much work it seem to me.. would like to have bought ASICs that time but all vendors of ASICs back then are all delaying shipment and have to preorder.. even lagi slow... and didnt buy any mining hardware in the end..

did buy my first bitcoin in April... sold somewhere June.. rebuy again in Aug.. sold in sept only to see it to rise and rise beyond 1000  missed the boat.. :D (just like stocks, after i sell it will up and up :s13:)

first started mining last month, after seeing my friend mine dogecoins... so I also bought 1 gpu to start mining..:s22:
