Ya thinner ones no problem but wondering if 2.3" ++ can fit or not I assume this mtb strictly only 26" diameter wheels only?

I've a foldable bike which was passed on to me.
I believe the inner tyre is flat, is there any bike shop around Ang Mo Kio ave10 which I can do the inner tube replacement for me?
