Why the OCS scheme are Vinyl for both Living and Dining area. Should have tiles. :unsure: :unsure: :unsure:
Whatever except flooring already chosen, after OCS for some or most folks, change their minds upon keys collection, all washbasins, toilet bowls, laundry racks, wooden toilet doors all thrown downstairs - go see for yourselves. Tile colors for toilets also not liked, have to layover, haiz, truly waste of precious materials and labour!

To live long term to start family, best if those things wanted quickly, best to have a few choices each item ( and color choices also) Else no OCS and self contractors own budget own time frame

toilet bowl is default and seriously very weak most of the time. end up waste more water..

also some could be sobf units where previous applicant opt in but gave up for whatever reason. if it's already in then the sobf buyer lppl have to remove.

Buy resale better. Some more can buy bigger units. Can have 1room for bed, 1 room for study.

I have a question regarding the 5% allocation for 2nd-timers. Assuming application rate is less than for 1 for 1st-timers (95% allocation), will the balance units be made available for 2nd-timers?

i thought woodland might be crazily oversubscribe.. how come 4 room like not popular..

Look like first timer chance might be higher sia.. since it is mostly 2nd timer now applying..

I don't know man. You may be right;

but also;

prior

but I looked at the URA master plan, saw that road, the entrance and exit of the NSC further down like you said. but it looks to be a straight through road - Sin Ming Street

but I live around the area and agree on the height difference that you brought up too.
