I know This is out of topic here but just wanna ask, if I get my system fix at pc themes can I ask them install my win 7 n other programs? By paying them a fee?

You buy the win 7 oem cd from them then ask them to install for you.. they will help you install together with graphic card drivers etc swee swee... additional charges - just the oem cd and the assembly charge for fixing up your pc.
