Just a noob question.
Understand that i will receive some form of letter notification, but i dont suppose warrants shares are free?

I think it is only giving me an option of how many shares i am allowed to buy at the stated price?

If this is the case, should I wish to buy the entitled shares, do i buy via my trading platform or via atm/cheque/cash to ezion directly?

sorry for my newbie-ness

The warrant units are given free if you're holding Ezion until XB date

Yes, that's what a warrant does.

You need to call the warrant issuer - usually Boardroom, M&C, etc. are appointed as the warrant issuer on behalf of a company. After filling in the forms they sent you, you need to issue a cashier's order to the company's name. Only cashier's order is allowed. Note that cashier's order is NOT a cheque.

I think the warrant can be converted any time within 4 years. Correct me if I am wrong.
But as it is likely to be traded at a premium, it does not make sense to convert now.
Eg. Ezion is 60 cts. Ezion warrant is 15 cts. As conversion price is 50 cts, you need total of 15 plus 50 cents to buy warrant and convert.

warrant has been credited into CDP. Watch out for the following counter if you want to trade.

If your scb acct is not credited with the ezion warrant, you can call this no for assistance 92272750 or their hotline
