Hehe. Nope you dun need any quota or buying history at any of the US or european stores. They have birkins on the shelf and will sell to anyone who enquires about it.

All this quota business is outdated for most euro and us stores. The only ones who uses it are asian countries with the exception of japan who receives an obscene amt of birkins each week.

Lol like I said in the post above. The waitlist doesn't exists anymore in western countries lol. Anyway whats more coveted are podium orders that hermes does every year where they invite their exclusive customers to choose the color and leather of their birkin bag and the orders usually take 4months to a year to come but you are guranateed that the birkin is your choice of color and leather which makes it very attractive.

Yup it is opened for every major Hermes store. But in order to get invited is very rare, one need to make friends with a good SA that can hook you up lol. They said in the forum POs for exotic birkins is permanently closed for at least 3 years as they have major backlog for it. And asian countries as usual accounts for most of the exotic orders.
