go select the refund and return option, say you would the have your VAT refunded to you, include your order number also.

just send them an email, tink ish customercare something and inform them you wana VAT refund on chiu purchases chiu made almost 30 days ago. They would reply back either asking sme details on chiu purchase or juz inform you that they begun processing and will credit back the amt to your CC.
