I wonder how HDB assign balloting numbers. How come certain couples under fiancé/ fiancée scheme get better number than couples with children.

I think aft bb.. nxt to consider might be cck ba... bp wlands.. think these are old units? Alot might prefer these newer flats..sembawang maybe location ba not favourable..thts y not favourite...

As for submission of marriage cert, it should be immediate during key collection but can still request for deferment for the submission up to 3 months..
