I went by to see, most units will get direct afternoon sun shining into all the rooms. Also walking to mrt takes about 15mins. Like 3 main streets away

Yes Canberra now is like a sprouting shoot, zheng hu building mrt and NS highway plus sport hub in that area, very good chance of good capital appreciation.
