Funny thing tho. Skyparc@Dawson Blk 96 has 5 rooms too but only available to non Chinese. I wonder why? When their 3 rooms are open to all ethnic race.

His view facing the "river" not bad but quite ex there but I think it's the best among all Whampoa district

Very likely due to Ethnic Integration Policy (EIP), the quota have been filled up.

sembawang like top scorer. Anyone knows how big is the future mall like near the MRT

Sembawang is actually a very nice and tranquil place not forgeting it is very rich in heritage.
Sandwich between 2 future regional center woodlands and seletar, i believe sembawang/camberra is set to benefit.
I stay in the east but will occasionally look up my in laws there in sembawang. I kinda find the place very nice. Accessibility is good also as sembawang is situated north, meaning distance to the west , east n south will be about the same. Comparing Time taken to travel from east to west will be much longer.
