It is a 4 rm unit @ level 2 and is a standalone unit with no rubbish or pump room anyway. Near the mailbox too. Shame it is taken by others.

Urgent question for those who have selected their flat. Is it true that you will pay 5% of the downpayment + HDB will empty your CPF on flat selection day?

If not, any idea when does the emptying happen? Thanks a lot.

Unit selection day, pay option fee only. Down-payment is on your 2nd appointment + key collection, which was told will be on August.

I was there that day. I finished my selection around 12 or so. Think yesterday maybe end around 660 or so.

Guys im looking at some units at 2nd floor, bukit merah area, built around 2001-2003. Those are right above pump room. Any comment, as in, would it be noisy and would you feel vibration sometimes? I visited a few today and passed by pump room when it was running but it was pretty quiet, donno if thats full load or just idle run... Thanks for your advice

I received sms from hdb over the weekend, they'll send sms and ask u go online login and check
