The officer told me they experiencing a backlog for the applications and key collection. 4 to 6 months to collect key from booking date.

Did you request for early key collection? I think my grant application got 'paisei' accelerated processing. They sent me a letter saying missing a document that I remember submitting. When I called to confirm, they checked and found it sitting in my folder. One week later grant got approved.

i was told 4 to 6 months too. but my fren got the sms just 3 weeks after his 1st appt at bukit batok. he got no grants and he nvr call to expedite. almost 3 weeks after my 1st appt now. hoping to get sms soon.

If you notice, this stack is all facing skyterrace. Therefore I suspect that hdb release the undesirable stack first before the good ones, especially in ROF, as most of us are quite desperate for a flat. So if I'm not wrong, the upcoming SBF will have a new stack of Dawson..

actually isn't that a good thing? Sky Terrace is what lvl? If you are above it means you will get to face greenery.

Actually, blk 96 has its perks, even for those facing skyterrace.


8.Due to the skyparks, blk 94 n 96 will be higher than blk 95, etc 20th floor of blk 95 isnt the same height as blk 96 20th floor.
9. blk 96 other lifts start at 25, in contrast to blk 94 18th floor. so lower floors that has the other batch of lifts will not benefit as the lifts are smaller.

These are a few of the reasons why blk 96 is good also though most are just small issues that some may not be too bothered. There are other perks but these will do.

Wow, where do you get the info about the lift starting btw? and the longest park?

I got my appt date in 1st wk of Jul.. queue number 24XX but.. most of the units i want.. hv alrdy been taken up... if i dont attend the selection..will i be penalized? This is my 1st time queing for such sales launch.

Thanks Bro. I think got I lucky with my HDB officer, she was really helping me push the application. She even approved my free screeding before I got notice for the key collection.
