If you notice, this stack is all facing skyterrace. Therefore I suspect that hdb release the undesirable stack first before the good ones, especially in ROF, as most of us are quite desperate for a flat. So if I'm not wrong, the upcoming SBF will have a new stack of Dawson..

Hmm, I think that there are prob some leftover in Dawson site A and site B. Since none were released before. Furthermore their top is estimated later than skyparc. Maybe this may sbf will see the leftovers released. Then again also maybe site a and site b is fully taken by the Tanglin halt en bloc winners. Insider news anyone?

You could call up HDB to check on your estimated dates for selection.
Just provide them your ROF reference no.
