If you compare prices between SG and HK boutique price not much different sometimes I think SG price is slightly cheaper by 20-30 sgd. I am comparing when both country boutique doesnt have any discounts. Cheapest for branded stuffs is sill Italy.

yes indeed, but like i said price fluctuations will effect some minor savings. on top of this, different countries have different price strategies as well even though it is managed and owned by Gucci SpA or PPR Group in this case.

like DA mentioned, there is no official factory outlets, the closest you can get to buying Gucci cheaper would be from places like Reebxxns, Cloutshxxxe and similar sites or even those so called ballroom branded sales. remb to shop smart!
