I like the hammered surface type of buckle. Wonder do they still have it.

Assumed that Paris the cheapest place to buy. And 600 is before VAT discount..

600 is before VAT. Hermes do the VAT themselves. You have to mail back the reciept when obtained custom stamp

huh? why mail back? thought can collect money right away at the airport or the hermes boutique at the ariport (if you buy at airport) after getting customs stamp

Global blue is the vat partner?

H do their tax on their own (atleast for the Paris FSH and George V store, not sure about H @ airports)

Premier Tax and Global Blue is the 2 famous coy doing tax free.

H do not use the above 2 coy, they do it themselves.

The only way to get back H tax is to mail back their reciept after you get your custom stamp. You >>CANNOT<< get your cash at airport.

pro-tip: do not claim your VAT at the airport, bus loads of tourist will be there to claim theirs as well. Unless you are willing to spend hours queuing, I will suggest you claim it else where or just absorb the tax onto the price tag of the item. :o

i got H tax back at the airport outlets a few times before. a couple of times from purchasing at their airports outlets, immediately walk over to get customs stamp and walk back to get cash on the spot from the H outlets. i still retained my H receipts :s22:

problem with that is that i ended up with a lot of euro $ which I don't need :(

My exit point will be like "ulu " place like Copenhagen. Will do it n Get chops there. Not much of a queue But only Global Blue available at airport. They also don't bother seeing Ur items.

As the 32mm belt has been oftenly seen on this thread. May I ask is the 42mm H buckle/belt common and easily available?

Got it as a anniversary gift from my girlfriend though I'm more of a watch guy :p

Pardon my ignorance.
