hi guys, just to check if anyone here punch extra hole on a new hermes belt?

as you know the default is 3 holes. When I wear 90cm one, I got to buckle the very last hole, and the 1 hole will be exposed on the belt, very ugly. When I wear the 95cm one, I buckle the first hole, but it's a bit loose, I will say 1-1.5cm tighter will be better.

In the end I bought the 95cm one. Or should I go change to 90cm. Or go punch a "custom hole" on the 95cm just to fit me perfectly?

no pfefect lor best its looks for the best size so no need punch hole
but hermes nac do suggest to me before when I go ask for a belt but no size they say they can ppunch for me

im on hermes size 80 on mid hole
LV on size 85 but on last hole

Yah I would have preferred mid hole. Maybe will drop by the boutique ask them for advise. Anw need need to go back to them if want to punch hole

I had a friend help me buy a Hermès belt kit 32mm brushed silver with black/chocolate belt from Paris for EUR528. I changed the size from 95 to 85 at MBS and realised a little bit of difference on the size of the fonts on the belt. Any idea on this? If anyone wants pictures i can post them here, I'm not sure which year/model its from though.

Possible u got a fake, many cases of "friend" buy original and put a fake in the box and enclose the original reciepts, that is why I never trust "friends" to buy. Anyway good luck on your verification.

Hermes will NEVER sell buckle separately. Don't think they will ever change that policy

You can try using it with this cloth :CAPE COD Metal Polishing Cloths
Can be easily bought online. I used it to polish my some of my belts and watches with it
