Ok it's getting worse and worse. I rolled back to 10.2.1. Not gonna upgrade again until it's fixed.

Odd. I don't have that issue. I've been on the public beta all the way till now.

The noticeable changes are

1. Animations, you can notice the edges are now curved when opening and closing applications
2. iOS 10.3 uses new Apple File System (APFS) which may free up some space, install applications even faster and faster boot up times.

3. View the current or last known location of your AirPods
4. Play a sound on one or both AirPods to help you find them
   
   
5. Siri Support for paying and checking status of bills with payment apps
6. Siri Support for scheduling with ride booking apps
7. Siri Support for checking car fuel level, lock status, turning on lights and activating horn with automaker apps
8. Siri supports Cricket sports scores and statistics for Indian Premier League and International Cricket Council
   
   
9. CarPlay Shortcuts in the status bar for easy access to last used apps
10. CarPlay Apple Music Now Playing screen gives access to Up Next and the currently playing song’s album
11. CarPlay Daily curated playlists and new music categories in Apple Music
    
12. Rent once and watch your iTunes movies across your devices
13. New Settings unified view for your Apple ID account information, settings and devices
14. Hourly weather in Maps using 3D Touch on the displayed current temperature
15. Support for searching “parked car" in Maps
16. Calendar adds the ability to delete an unwanted invite and report it as junk
17. Home app support to trigger scenes using accessories with switches and buttons

THe animation now seems differently..

15-20mins installation time.

maybe the back-end busy & unable to serve your download request

I tried ota update to ip6+. It keeps verifying after downloaded the software. I waited for 25mins before I restart the phone and update through itunes. Will update my ip7+ through iTunes later.

it's slow cos e update is updating e filesystem to APFS...

Updated mine ip7 256gb took me 10min
Updated mine 6+ 16gb took me 20min but free up to 3gb of space from 800mb
