Anyone can help me check this:

Enable reduce motion toggle. Open a bunch of apps and then double press for multitasker, delete some apps and then go to home screen. Does your status bar (the battery, time and signal strength) take some time to appear? Like one second slower? Try repeating it again and see if it happens?

I went to AASP just now. They did a diagnostic. All pass except that my phone has many forced shutdowns! That could be the culprit for the battery drain.

I check my SE and 6, all has no such 'bugs" when browsing the phone in general. Like the one I mentioned above.

Hope you guys can help me see if it happens on your 7/7+ too. Thanks in advance.

Okay, that's a worry for me. It seems like my phone has been having forced shut downs during diagnostic tests. This explains why I get force crash when using 3D touch to access my 'All inbox" of the stock mail app. And the status bar taking a second to appear after closing down apps in the multitasking scroll.

They told me they cannot just replace without evidence. The shutdowns were shown in the diagnostic report but never replicated during the session just now. I forgot to bring my hissing video clip if not could have exchanged today. The policy is very grey. Apple told me once that only AASP makes decision to swap. But today QCD told me Apple need to make a special request before they can carry the replacement, unless they witness the defect with their eyes.

Japan iPhone has their specific payment chip (FeliCa) as well on top of the usual NFC for Apple Pay.

However, do bear in mind that their phones can't silent camera shutter sound, small issue but annoying
it's their sim cards which disable turning off camera shutter sound. not the phone

anyone encounter iphone 7/7+ got yellowish screen?

I got a yellow screen. Pek chek! Apple ask me to go ask StarHub.
Called StarHub, they ask me go ask Apple.

Asked Apple again, they ask me bring down to repair.

Why no replacement when it's a common issue?

it's the phone, not the sim card..

to add clarity, if your phone is bought in Japan (i.e. A1779 and A1785), the firmware disables silencing of shutter sound.

If you bring your own iPhone in and use it with a Japan SIM card, it'll update Carrier Info and disable that same function, until you use a SIM card that's not Japan based.
